Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment Rules

We accept the following forms of payment on our site:

  • All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.)
  • Debit Cards (with Visa / MasterCard / American Express logo etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay and Zippay

We do not accept the following forms of payment on our site:

  • Cash
  • Personal cheques

Shipping Costs

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 worldwide
  • Flat Rate within Australia is $8 - standard $11 - Express (Australia Post)
  • Flat Rate - Rest of the world - $ 10 Standard (DHL)
  • Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia and will usually be shipped within 24 hours

Return Rules

  • We offer a “no questions asked” return, exchange and refund policy.
  • Returns of full-priced items must be made within 30 days of your order date
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be completely intact
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged when received. Eligible returns within Australia will receive a full freight refund once the item is returned to us
  • We do not offer returns on sale items unless they are faulty
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the return
  • Exchange postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return

Return Process

  • To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
  • Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
  •  In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
